Applications


Each year students from over 30 different countries attend our summer courses, they are taught and cared for by teachers whose first language is English.

Applications

If you wish to enrol a student on one of our courses, then once we have received a completed application form and deposit of fees, we will forward:

  • A certificate of acceptance.
  • Joining instructions giving further course details.
  • A travel form to be completed and returned to us giving information concerning the students' inward and outward flights.
  • A letter supporting a visa application (if required).

FEES

Course A : GBP 2,030
Course B : GBP 2,270
Course C : GBP 1,710
Course D : GBP 1,925

All courses are currently free from VAT (Value Added Tax). In the event of any change we will notify you in writing.

The full fees are due four weeks before the course begins and include tuition, full board and residence, London Heathrow Airport transfers on the first day and last day of each course, excursions, use of textbooks, stationery and some laundry. GBP250 of the above course fee is payable upon booking a student in order to secure a place.

The College can accept no responsibility for deductions made from any payment in respect of bank charges.

POCKET MONEY

Each student room has it’s own safe. However, Parents may send this to the College for distribution if they wish. We recommend no more than GBP60 per week. Additional funds should be sent no later than 7 days prior to the end of the course or by same day express transfer.

TRAVEL

Students will be met by College representatives at London’s Heathrow Airport on Sunday 2 July (for Courses A and B) and Sunday 30 July (for Courses C and D).

Students will be escorted to London’s Heathrow Airport on Thursday 27 July (for Courses A and B) and Sunday 20 August (for Courses C and D).

Students should try to arrive on the first day of the course and leave on the last day of the course and should seek to reach Heathrow Airport between 08:00 and 18:00 on the days of arrival, and to depart from Heathrow Airport between 09:30 and 17:00 on the days of departure. Arrivals and departures outside these times can be arranged but may incur an extra charge.

JULY AND AUGUST

Students attending a July course who wish to remain at College for August will be accommodated on the College campus for the period between the two courses at a cost of GBP25 per night. No lessons will be provided during this period, but an optional excursion may be organised.
